1. What is we-GENKI disinfectant?
we-GENKI Disinfectant is made in Hong Kong with Japanese technology. Its formula mainly contains Hypochlorous Acid (HOCI) and is free of alcohol. It kills bacteria and viruses, and eliminates unpleasant odors. It can be applied directly on skins and object surfaces. It is harmless to babies, children, adults and pets.

3. How to use we-GENKI disinfectant?
You can spray we-GENKI disinfectant into the air, apply directly on object surfaces and hands, and allow to dry. Dilution and rinsing are not required. It can be applied repeatedly if needed.

5. Is we-GENKI disinfectant suitable for newborns, pregnant women and pets?
Yes. we-GENKI disinfectant mainly contains HOCl and is free of alcohol. HOCl has been certified by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Its pH is between 5 and 7 which is similar to human skins. It can be applied directly on hands and skins without causing irritation. Suitable for newborns, pregnant women and pets.
6. Can people with alcohol allergy, sensitive skins and eczema use we-GENKI disinfectant?
Yes. we-GENKI disinfectant is free of alcohol. Its pH is between 5 and 7 which is similar to human skins. It can be applied directly on hands and skins without causing irritation and dryness.
7. Can people with G6PD deficiency(or Favism) use we-GENKI disinfectant?
Yes. we-GENKI disinfectant does not contain any chemicals or Chinese herbal medicine (e.g. fava beans, camphor, mothballs) that trigger hemolytic anemia in patients with G6PD deficiency (or Favism).
8. Will it cause harm if I accidentally splash we-GENKI disinfectant into the eye?
we-GENKI disinfectant is mild and safe. Flush with clean water if it splashes into your eye. Seek medical assistance if experience continuous discomfort.
9. What kind of unpleasant odors can we-GENKI disinfectant eliminate?
we-GENKI disinfectant can eliminate unpleasant odors on garbage, shoes, mustiness,vomit, excrement, pets, or any smell caused by bacteria.
10. Can we-GENKI disinfectant remove allergens?
Yes. we-GENKI disinfectant can remove allergens like dead body parts and waste of dust mites.Mold, a type of fungus, grows in high humidity and produces allergens like mold spores and metabolites can also be removed.
11. Can we-GENKI disinfectant remove formaldehyde?
Yes. we-GENKI disinfectant can effectively remove formaldehyde. As formaldehyde will be released continuously from walls and furniture, it is suggested to apply we-GENKI disinfectant regularly onto these objects until formaldehyde is totally removed.
12. Can we-GENKI disinfectant clean objects and hands?
No. we-GENKI disinfectant can kill bacteria and viruses, but it is not cleanser. It cannot substitute hand washing.
13. How best to store we-GENKI disinfectant?
we-GENKI disinfectant should be stored indoors protected from direct exposure to sunlight. 30ml or 50ml spray can be taken outdoors for usage when needed.
14. How long is the shelf life of we-GENKI disinfectant?
Unopened we-GENKI disinfectant will maintain its quality for one year (see production date on package).
Spray (30ml /50ml / 350ml) is suggested to be used within 3 months after opening.
Refill pack(1.3L / 4.3L) is suggested to be used within 6 to 9 months after opening.
UV light and heat may affect the quality of the product. Please place the product in cool area protected from direct exposure to sunlight with bottle cap tightened.
